We are a professional team with a friendly approach, who put you and your needs at the centre of the services we provide.

IPM was established from the idea of creating a unique and tailored service for each property portfolio, which gave owners the confidence that their properties would not only be managed and maintained to a very high standard, but the residents in those properties would benefit from a friendly and competent service.

We act as managing agent for a broad range of Residential Management Companies, Freeholders, Right to Manage Companies and Property Developers and we understand that every client has specific needs. We do not believe in a ‘one-size fits all’ approach, we are adaptive and take great care to ensure our service offering matches our customers’ requirements.

IPM are ARMA-Q accredited members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents and our Property Managers are required to be qualified through the Institute of Residential Property Managers (“IRPM”). We are regulated RICS members and every client benefits from RICS ‘client money protection’ scheme, completely safeguarding any monies that we hold on your behalf. We offer independent redress through the Ombudsman Services: Property, and hold comprehensive levels of public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
